About f20c.com

From Honda S2000 showcase to a quarter century of photos.

f20c.com started around the year 2000 as a place to show off a Honda S2000 — Ozy's S2000, to be exact. His brother Doc had one too. Two brothers, two S2000s, and a domain name that made perfect sense.

Before social media existed, this was how you shared photos with friends. Digital cameras were just becoming accessible, and uploading a single photo over dial-up took patience. But the S2000 community was worth it — car meets, cruises, mods, and the endless quest for more power from that screaming VTEC engine.

Over the years, the gallery expanded beyond cars. Friends contributed their own albums. Canon L-series glass, photography experiments, RC clubs, travel, family milestones — everything found a home here. The site ran on Gallery V2, a PHP-based photo gallery system that was the gold standard of its era.

In 2026, after more than two decades on the same platform, f20c was rebuilt from the ground up. Every photo, every album, every piece of metadata was carefully migrated from the original Gallery V2 installation. The legacy content — over twenty years of digital memories, 303,000+ views — lives on in its new home.

The name

F20C is the engine code for the Honda S2000's 2.0-liter inline-four — one of the highest-revving, highest specific-output naturally aspirated engines ever mass-produced. 9,000 RPM redline. 240 HP from 2 liters. The kind of engine you build a website around.
